"I was recently backed into at a grocery store parking lot and needed to check with my State Farm Insurance. I asked for a recommendation of a repair service as we are new to Knox County. The staff at the Vanessa Brown office was great! Taylor did an excellent job of connecting the claim to the other driver's Insurance Company. Jamie, also in the Vanessa Brown office, recommended we check the Jeff McCown Body Shop on Lovell. We did that and found it an excellent recommendation. Picked up my car, and it looks fantastic. The Jeff McCown Body Shop did a superior job! Great service all around. Highly recommend all."
